Commercial Property Solicitor | Fully Remote | Up to £50,000 DOE

A well established firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This role is suited to someone who is confident managing a purely commercial property caseload independently and working with minimal supervision. The firm is open to considering both qualified and suitably experienced unqualified candidates, provided they can demonstrate strong technical ability and a stable, consistent career history.

You will manage matters from instruction through to completion, including commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and general commercial property transactions.

The role involves drafting legal documentation, liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties, and ensuring all files are handled in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Given the fully remote nature of the role, the successful candidate will be highly organised, comfortable using case management systems, and capable of managing their own workload effectively. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a client focused approach are essential.
