Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic EA to the Directors role. This essential support position ensures seamless executive assistance for senior leaders while managing vital office operations in a busy, impact-driven organisation.


The EA to the Directors provides high-quality administrative support to senior leadership, primarily managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and office coordination. The role plays a key part in enabling the leadership team to operate efficiently in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:
*Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and commitments for the directors with attention to priorities and deadlines.
*Organise travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transport for leadership-led trips.
*Support expense management by processing invoices, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
*Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, agendas, and documentation.
*Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
*Assist with office administration, including supplies management, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
*Support safety protocols, such as fire drills and hazard reporting, in accordance with organisational policies.
*Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture by promoting respectful and equitable interactions.


Person Specification:
*Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams, ideally within the charity or development sectors.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Strong communication skills, capable of liaising professionally with internal teams and external partners.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
*Confident in managing logistics, paperwork, and schedules with accuracy and discretion.
*Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and proactive problem-solving.

What’s on Offer:
*Rate: £138.34 per day + £17.22 daily holiday
*Location: Hybrid – London (flexible)
*Contract: 3 – 4 months
