Job Description:
Inbound Sales Executive| £32,000 basic | £65,000 OTE
Altrincham | Monday–Friday hours
We’re growing and looking for a people-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our friendly, high-performing team in Altrincham. This is a warm inbound role, you’ll be speaking to clients who are expecting your call and need help setting up our solution
If you enjoy consultative sales, hitting targets, and being rewarded properly for your effort, this could be a great fit.


What you’ll be doing as an Inbound Sales Executive:
*Speaking with clients to set them up on our solution for their new contract
*Handling around 15 warm leads per day(all referrals)
*Working towards a conversion target of 70%
*Following up with clients who haven’t yet signed up and confidently handling objections
*Supporting team targets by picking up other consultants’ calls when needed
*Passing a monthly compliance and call-quality check
*Staying organised and planning your day to maximise conversions


What we’re looking for in a Inbound Sales Executive:
*Previous sales, inbound, or customer-focused experience (warm leads ideal)
*Confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner
*Target-driven and motivated by achievable commission
*Comfortable handling objections and following up
*Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
