Working within a supportive and high-performing office, you will play a key role in driving residential property sales and building strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities (Estate Agency / Property Sales)*Registering and qualifying buyers
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Keeping clients regularly updated throughout the sales process
*Generating new business opportunities and valuations
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Working collaboratively to achieve branch targets
Requirements*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven with a proactive, sales-focused mindset
*Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence
