Key Responsibilities
*Monitor regulatory developments (horizon scanning)
*Support licensing, KYC, and regulatory queries
*Assist with policy and procedure reviews
*Maintain the regulatory reporting calendar
*Review financial crime and sanctions alerts
*Support compliance monitoring activities
*Handle administrative tasks and team support


Skills & Experience
*Strong willingness to learn and professional approach
*Compliance or financial services experience beneficial but not essential
*Insurance experience preferred
*Relevant degree/qualification advantageous
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
