What we’re looking for:
*Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
*Proven experience working within an early years setting
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
*Confidence planning and delivering engaging activities to support development
*A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Sound safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare
