Project Manager - Regulatory Change / Markets Transformation
Contract: Until 30/04/2027
Rate: £350-£425/day (Umbrella)
Location: Belfast / Remote - 3 days per week onsite
An Investment Banking client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Markets Transformation programme focused on regulatory and industry-mandated change across FX products globally.
This is a long-term contract opportunity working on a high-profile transformation initiative with global stakeholder exposure across Markets, Technology, Operations, and Legal teams.


Responsibilities

*Lead project management activities across a global regulatory transformation programme
*Drive impact assessments across Markets business lines
*Coordinate technology and process enhancement initiatives
*Support legal due diligence and documentation workstreams
*Manage programme governance, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication
*Work closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions


Experience Required

*Strong Project Management experience within Financial Services
*Experience delivering regulatory or industry-mandated change programmes
*Good understanding of FX products and Markets environments
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
*Comfortable working across global teams in a fast-paced environment
