The Role:
*Taking full operational responsibility for a busy, warehousing and logistics operation
*Driving operational performance, efficiency and service delivery across all areas of the site
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall site performance
*Monitoring the team using data and insights, taking action where needed to maintain targets
*Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact

*Extensive experience in a Senior Operations management role
