Maths Graduate Opportunity - Future Teacher Pathway
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)

This exciting graduate scheme is designed for aspiring teachers looking to gain practical school-based experience before progressing onto a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) pathway leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence in the classroom, develop your teaching skills, and take the first step towards a rewarding teaching career.
The Role:As a Maths Graduate, you will:
*Support students within Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Deliver targeted intervention sessions and small group support
*Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons
*Help improve student attainment, confidence, and engagement
*Support classroom management and student behaviour
*Gain first-hand experience within a secondary school setting
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
*A genuine interest in becoming a qualified teacher
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confidence working with secondary-aged students
*A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
*Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or school experience is beneficial but not essential
