*Coordinate and manage the external audit process to ensure timely completion and compliance.
*Develop and implement robust financial reporting processes and controls.
*Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the wider finance team.
*Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures across the organisation.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
*Analyse complex financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
*Support ad hoc projects and initiatives related to financial reporting and compliance.
Profile
A successful Group Financial Reporting Manager should have:
*A professional accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
*Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
*Proven ability to manage external audits and liaise with auditors effectively.
*Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for multi-entity organisations.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
*A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
