Cover Supervisor – Swansea & West Wales
£100–£120 per day | 8:30am – 3:30pm | No weekends

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Swansea and West Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future in teaching or looking to gain experience in schools.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the teacher
*Maintain strong classroom behaviour and engagement
*Ensure students stay on task and complete work set
*Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress
*Adapt confidently across different subjects and classrooms
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
*Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
*EWC registration (or willingness to register)
*Strong communication and classroom management skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
*Previous experience working with children or young people
*Teaching, coaching, youth work, or mentoring background
*Degree or relevant educational qualification
*Experience in schools (TA, Cover Supervisor, etc.)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
