Creative Designer (In-House) Hybrid Role
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Type: Full-time (flexible/part-time option available)

This is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly growing business who have stunning offices a short walk from the town centre.
Overview
This role has become available due to an internal promotion. In-house role supporting marketing across digital, print, and events. Suited to an upper junior–midweight designer ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Apply and maintain brand guidelines
*Design marketing, sales, and digital assets (web, social, email)
*Create event materials and co-branded content
*Produce social graphics and templates
*Support campaigns with visuals, motion, and basic video editing
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Graphic or Creative Designer (in-house or agency)
*Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and marketing collateral
*Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Adobe Express or Canva
*Experience across digital (web, social, email) and print design
*Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills
Profile
*Proactive, organised, and adaptable
*Strong communicator and team player
*Comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment
Salary
£32,000 – £36,000 basic salary

*Hours 08:30 – 17:30 Monday – Friday (Hybrid 3 days in the office – 2 work from home)
