Night Shift Production OperativesLocation: Harfreys Industrial Estate, Great Yarmouth
We are currently recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives on behalf of our client, based in Great Yarmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for long-term employment with the opportunity to secure a permanent role following a successful training period.
Working HoursTraining Period (First 8 Weeks):
*Monday to Thursday: 07:40 – 16:00
*Friday: 07:40 – 12:40
After Training – Night Shift:
*Monday to Thursday: 21:40 – 07:00
Pay Rates*£12.71 per hour during training
*£13.59 per hour once moved onto night shift
Contract Type*Temporary during training period
*Permanent position available upon successful completion of training and transition to nights
Duties Include*Operating production machinery
*Assembling and manufacturing products
*Quality checking finished items
*Packing and preparing products for dispatch
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Following health & safety procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements*Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential
*Good attention to detail
*Reliable and punctual
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Comfortable working night shifts after training
