We’re working with a well-established organisation in Fareham who are looking for a confident Lead HR Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with Employee Relations while also stepping into a leadership-facing role.
You’ll be working closely with two HR Advisors and acting as a key point of contact for managers on all things ER.


What you’ll be doing:
*Leading on a wide range of Employee Relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
*Providing clear, practical guidance to managers on UK employment law
*Supporting and mentoring two HR Advisors, helping develop their capability
*Partnering with stakeholders to improve people processes and consistency across both sites
*Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and effectively


What we’re looking for:
*Solid ER experience with confidence managing cases end-to-end
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
*Natural leadership qualities - able to support, guide, and influence others
*A proactive, approachable style with strong communication skills
*Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operational environment
