This role is well suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of the ledger, building strong client relationships, and playing a key role in improving cash flow.

Key Responsibilities*Manage and reduce aged debt across a varied customer base
*Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email
*Build strong relationships with clients to resolve queries efficiently
*Allocate cash and reconcile customer accounts
*Produce aged debt reports and support month-end processes
Key Requirements*Previous experience in a credit control position
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
*Confident working both independently and within a team
*Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload
