Role and Responsibilities:
*Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
*Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
*Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
*Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
*Building relationships with new and existing customers
What we’re looking for
Essential experience
*Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
*Full UK manual driving licence
*Confidence dealing directly with customers
Desirable experience
*Mobile or on-call engineering experience
*Commercial awareness or customer development experience
This role includes participation in an on-call rota, typically one week in every four.
