Description
*Manage and maintain accurate client accounts, ensuring timely payments are received.
*Monitor outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
*Prepare and distribute client statements and account reconciliations.
*Resolve client queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.
*Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and improve processes.
*Provide regular updates on account statuses and outstanding payments to management.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
*Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
