Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading logistics organisation based at their Heathrow warehouse facility.
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to support the business across regulatory compliance, audits, governance, customs processes, and risk management.
This is an office-based role, working Monday - Friday in the London Heathrow area.
Key responsibilities of a Compliance Manager:
*Managing internal and external compliance audits
*Supporting customs clearance and MOU compliance processes
*Assisting with Civil Aviation Authority compliance requirements
*Developing and improving risk & compliance frameworks
*Supporting Health & Safety initiatives across the business
*Chairing risk committee meetings and providing compliance guidance
*Liaising with regulatory bodies and key internal stakeholders
The Successful Candidate will have:
*Previous Compliance Management experience
*Customs clearance knowledge including MOU/BIRDS - essential
*Strong understanding of UK compliance and regulatory frameworks
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
*Strong analytical and organisational skills
