The Role
This is a highly varied position supporting the Finance & Operations Director across a wide range of responsibilities.
You’ll be involved in:
*Supporting with invoicing and billing processes
*Assisting with payment checks and finance administration
*Helping investigate and resolve difficult billing queries
*Supporting the Credit Control team
*Payroll and pension administration support
*Reviewing internal processes and identifying improvements
*Supporting with reporting and documentation
*Assisting with operational and administrative tasks across the business
*Supporting with employee administration and HR-related processes
*General business support and coordination


This would really suit someone who enjoys being relied upon and becoming a key person within a business.

*Previous finance/accounts experience is essential (Ideally AAT or above)

*Comfortable handling numbers, checks and financial processes
