Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30

The RoleThis is a pure sales position – it’s all about winning business, implementing accounts and earning based entirely on what you deliver. There are no unnecessary barriers, no rigid territories and no capped earning potential. If you sell it, you win it.
You will:
*Target and secure new business across our industrial, driving and facilities management specialisms
*Sell both temporary and permanent recruitment services, tailoring solutions to each client’s needs
*Manage the full sales cycle – from initial approach and pitch through to contract signing and account implementation
*Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
*Work across all our group brands, leveraging their strengths to win work
*Operate with complete freedom – you decide where and how you work, with no restrictions on areas or volumes
