An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ceded Reinsurance professional to join a fast-paced and collaborative Ceded Re team on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering paternity leave, with an immediate start available.

This role will focus on supporting pre-bind ceded reinsurance activities, while also contributing to operational improvement initiatives and strategic projects across the business. Key responsibilities include:

*Support pre-bind ceded reinsurance activities
*Prepare and cleanse underwriting data
*Coordinate broker communications
*Manage collateral reporting and process improvements
*Maintain metrics, dashboards, and programme schematics
*Support audits, portfolio transfers, and regulatory reporting
*Work closely with cross-functional team

We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years’ experience in reinsurance or outwards reinsurance and strong knowledge of the London Market.

You will bring excellent analytical and data handling skills, a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
