Organisation: Veritas Education
Location: East Keswick & Leeds
Are you looking for an early years role that genuinely fits around your life? Veritas Education is working in partnership with a well-established, highly regarded nursery in the East Keswick and Leeds area, offering flexible opportunities to suit your availability-whether that’s part-time, full-time, or occasional shifts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing nursery with a strong reputation for quality care and staff support. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and experienced team, the setting provides a stable, positive environment where practitioners feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow in their roles.
The nursery offers a rich, nurturing environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and independence in children. In this role, you’ll contribute to a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can thrive. Your day may involve supporting outdoor exploration, encouraging imaginative play, or working alongside a passionate team to create meaningful learning experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for qualified practitioners as well as those with hands-on childcare experience seeking flexibility. It’s also perfect for anyone returning to early years or looking to remain active in the sector without committing to fixed hours.
What we’re looking for:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Confidence supporting outdoor and play-based learning
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
Basic safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to learn)
What’s on offer:
Flexible working patterns - part-time, full-time, or ad hoc shifts
A role that works around your availability
Competitive rates of pay
A supportive, experienced, and welcoming team
The chance to work in a well-established nursery with an excellent reputation
A positive working environment that values staff wellbeing and development
