In this senior position, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality financial and advisory services while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead and develop a talented team, and play a central role in driving operational excellence and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead on complex client engagements, providing strategic financial insight and guidance
*Build and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact
*Oversee delivery of accounts, tax compliance, and advisory services
*Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
*Collaborate across service lines to resolve complex technical matters
*Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing and new networks
*Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and internal processes
About You
*ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent experience)
*Strong background in an accountancy practice environment
*Proven ability to manage client portfolios and lead teams effectively
*Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
*Confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
*Technically strong across accounts preparation, corporate tax, and advisory
