Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Company: Reed Norwich – Legal Inhouse temps
Location: 1st Floor, Seebohm House, 2-4 Queen Street, Norwich, NR2 4SQ
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days from home (after initial embedding period)
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle:
*Building and nurturing client relationships
*Taking job briefs and negotiating terms
*Headhunting and sourcing top talent
*Conducting compliance checks (RTW, references)
*Supporting onboarding and candidate experience
