Automotive Sales Executive – Diagnostic & Technical Solutions
Hybrid | North Wales
£35,000–£45,000 basic + commission
Calling Automotive Sales Executives who actually understand dealer systems
If you’ve sold automotive technical products, worked with dealer groups, and already know your way around CRMs like V8, Syncro (or similar - the type of CRM isn’t essential), this role will stand out.
This is not entry-level, not call-centre sales, and not a grind.
It’s a commercial role for someone who understands how workshops, dealerships and automotive businesses really buy.

The Role (What you’ll actually be doing)
*Re-engaging dormant automotive customers via CRM and phone
*Handling inbound enquiries from workshops, dealerships and trade customers
*Converting technical conversations into commercial outcomes
*Building long-term relationships with repeat-order customers
*Selling across web-based and distribution channels
*Using internal product knowledge and systems to recommend the right solution
*Keeping CRM data clean, accurate and commercially useful
*Reporting clearly on pipeline, activity and revenue
As you prove yourself, you’ll:
*Take ownership of larger and higher-value accounts
*Influence sales strategy and targeting
*Move into a senior commercial position as the business scales
Who This Is For
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
Automotive sales experience (aftermarket, diagnostic, technical, tools or dealer-facing)
Hands-on CRM experience (V8, Syncro or similar systems)
Confidence on the phone with workshops, dealers and trade customers
A proactive, "pick up the phone" sales mindset
Strong organisation and pipeline discipline
Commercial awareness – you understand margins, targets and growth
Bonus points if you’ve sold:
