The Opportunity
Reed Marketing and Creative have partnered with a fantastic company who are looking for a driven and highly organised Marketing Manager to lead the execution of impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of delivering integrated marketing activity across digital, content, website and events, ensuring everything is aligned to business goals and delivers measurable results.
You’ll also play a key role in leading and developing a small team, working closely with Product, Sales, and senior stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Own and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities
*Lead the planning and execution of product launches, translating propositions into compelling, customer-focused campaigns
*Manage and prioritise workloads across the marketing execution team
*Oversee marketing for events, including pre-event, live, and post-event activity
*Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
*Track performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise campaigns
*Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Digital teams to deliver joined-up activity
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt new tools, including AI
*Support quarterly and go-to-market planning
About You
You’re a proactive and results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality work through both hands-on execution and team leadership.
You’ll Bring:
*Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events)
*Strong campaign and product launch execution skills
*Experience managing or mentoring team members
*Ability to turn product messaging into customer-centric campaigns
*Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
*Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
*Experience using CRM, marketing automation tools, and campaign reporting
