The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-19 with a range of special educational needs including autism, severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, follow routines and achieve EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting communication development, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.
