This is an entry-level role focused on building strong talent acquisition skills, with a clear long-term pathway into either full 360 recruitment or leadership roles within our resourcing teams.
Our office is a modern, high-quality space designed to support collaboration, learning, and high performance. This is a full-time, office-based position.

The Role
As an Associate Resourcing Consultant, you will be trained to identify, engage, and assess high-calibre professionals within the life sciences sector. Working closely with experienced consultants and leaders, you will play a key role in delivering talent into roles that directly impact science, healthcare, and medicine.
