Job Description:
Strategic Account Executive – EMEA Enterprise London (Hybrid working - 2 days in office)
£60k - £100k + Double OTE
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join their Enterprise GTM team, supporting customers with skills and learning solutions.
Working closely with partner sellers, this role focuses on growing strategic enterprise accounts, building senior stakeholder relationships, and driving revenue through a consultative, solution-led sales approach. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and deliver workforce transformation and skills development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
*Build, manage, and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the EMEA region
*Develop trusted relationships with senior decision makers and key customer stakeholders
*Create and deliver strategic account plans that support both client objectives and business growth
*Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional learning, assessment, and skills solutions
*Lead commercial discussions, including renewals, contract negotiations, and account expansion opportunities
*Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery to ensure a strong customer experience and successful solution adoption
*Develop and manage partner-led opportunities, leveraging existing channel and partner relationships to support growth across the region
*Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging workforce skills trends to position solutions effectively
*Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets
Skills & Experience *Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within SaaS, technology, AI markets
*Previous experience working with channel partners, strategic alliances, or partner led sales models is essential
*Strong consultative sales approach with experience selling complex, multi product solutions
*Proven ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
*Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills
*Commercially driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
*Experience working collaboratively across cross functional and international teams
*Experience in learning technology, education, AI-driven platforms, or tech solutions would be highly advantageous
Qualifications *Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments
*Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience
