Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role
During your first year, you will:
*Source and interview candidates for education vacancies
*Write professional candidate profiles and market them to schools
*Work closely with experienced consultants to maximise placements
*Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
*Work towards achievable KPIs with full management support
*Earn uncapped commission from the start
This role is ideal for graduates who thrive in sales-focused environments and are motivated by progression and financial success.
Salary, Commission & Benefits
*£28,000 - £30,000 basic + Uncapped commission
*OTE £38,000 - £40,000 in Year 1
*Uncapped commission from day one
*35 days annual leave plus reduced hours during school holidays

Successful graduates can quickly progress into Senior Consultant, Team Leader, and Management positions.
