Job Description:
I am currently working with a well-established and growing retail business based in Rotherham that is looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly and close-knit finance team.

The Role
*Managing and maintaining the sales ledger.
*Chasing outstanding payments via telephone and email.
*Building strong relationships with customers and resolving account queries.
*Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts.
*Producing aged debt reports and supporting cash flow management.
*Liaising with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
*Supporting the wider finance team with additional duties when required.


The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*A proactive and positive approach to work.
*The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Good IT skills, including experience with finance systems and Excel.
