Production OperativeThe Docks, Sharpness, Gloucestershire GL13 9UX | £13.00 per hour | Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm | 40 hours per week | Temporary with progression
Due to location you must have your own transport
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundwork or a physically demanding, hands-on environment.
Key Duties*Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
*Heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
*Loading machinery with packaging materials.
*Palletising finished goods.
*General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements*Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks.
*Strong teamwork and communication skills.
*Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking approach.
What We Offer*Starting rate of £13.00 per hour.
*Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00am-4:00pm.
*40 hours per week.
*Full training and ongoing support.
*Strict health and safety procedures in place.
*Opportunity to be trained to operate forklift trucks and other heavy plant and machinery.
