Marketing Manager
Location: Guildford (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
Reed Marketing and Creating have partnered with an exciting organisation who are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and deliver impactful marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function, drive brand growth, and play a key role in shaping the company’s future.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and analysing performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
*Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
*Manage and optimise the company’s online presence, including website, SEO, and social media
*Lead content strategy including blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials
*Analyse campaign performance and produce reports with actionable insights
*Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI
*Conduct market research and competitor analysis
*Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns
*Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging
About You
*Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
*Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media
*Excellent project management and organisational skills
*Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and insights
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Creative thinker with a strategic approach
*Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI
