An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and professional individual to join an established independent Estate and Letting Agency in the Yeovil area as an experienced senior lettings negotiator / property manager with earnings in the region of £30-35,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities of the role include:
*Generating, arranging, and carrying out viewings and valuations and bringing these properties to market
*Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
*Business generation – creating opportunities to increase the portfolio
*Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
*Primarily Repairs / Troubleshooting Landlord and Tenant issues, as part of a team
The ideal candidate will:
*Have 5+ years current/prior experience within a team at a Residential Letting Agency that undertakes many/all lettings roles in-house and with a reasonably sizeable portfolio
*Be an energetic individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
*Be willing to get stuck in and get involved in whatever needs doing, such as looking under beds and in lofts!
*Be able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success
*Have the ability to work under pressure when necessary
*Someone who can build long term relationships with clients, whilst also exploring new opportunities
*Possess excellent communication skills, be well-presented and well-spoken
*A key member of the team who believes in the companies values and culture
*Be accurate, numerate and computer literate
*Have excellent communication skills
