Job Description:
We are seeking to fill a Block Manager role in your area. Salary: £28,000–£32,000 | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is looking for an experienced Block Manager to manage a residential block portfolio and ensure developments are safe, compliant and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage service charges and ground rent
*Prepare and monitor service charge budgets
*Oversee maintenance, repairs and communal works
*Conduct site inspections and manage contractors
*Manage insurance renewals and claims
*Ensure health & safety and fire compliance
*Issue and manage Section 20 notices
About You:
*2+ years’ block management experience (or strong transferable skills)
*Strong organisation, communication and financial skills
*Good understanding of property maintenance and compliance
*Driving licence required
*IRPM/ARMA membership desirable but not essential
