Administrator



Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Romsey. This will be an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.



Responsibilities as an Administrator:

*Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.

*Maintain organized records and data entry processes.

*Handle correspondence via phone and email with professionalism.

*Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

*Processing incoming and outgoing orders, including associated documentation (full training provided)

*Liaising with freight companies and booking shipments via online portals




Reequipments for this position:


*Previous administration experience.

*Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks efficiently.

*Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.

*Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous but not essential.




The Administrator role:


*£13.45 per hour

*Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

*Temporary ongoing position
