Chef de Partie – £34K–£39K + Live-In Available – Suffolk
Salary: £34,000–£39,000
Hours: 45–50 hours per week
Accommodation: Live-in available at £60 per week
Location: Suffolk outskirts of Colchester
Convenient for: Colchester, Ipswich & Sudbury
Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking to join a busy, newly refurbished, high-volume resort kitchen where your skills are recognised and rewarded? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your section, deliver high-quality dishes, and work within a professional and supportive brigade.

What We’re Looking For
*An experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
*Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen while maintaining consistently high standards
*Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
*Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
*Full driving licence required unless using the live-in accommodation
Your Responsibilities
*Take ownership of your section during prep and service
*Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
*Support senior chefs and help mentor junior team members
*Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control
