Job Description:
We are currently working with a highly regarded Top 150 UK law firm looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join its established property team based in Langham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking to join a respected and growing practice handling a varied range of property matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Typical duties for the role will include:
• Managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters.
• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and leases.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters.
• Drafting and negotiating property documentation.
• Conducting due diligence and title investigations.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting wider business development and networking initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
• Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
• Experience within property law, whether residential, commercial, or mixed caseloads.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to client work.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience gained within a regional or national practice would be advantageous.
