Salary – Up to £22,000 - OTE £24,000 - £26,000 Depending on Experience
Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm – 5-day week, 1 day off in the week when working a Saturday

They are Looking for a Trainee/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Barnehurst. If you are well presented, and keen to further your career with a leading company please send your CV to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
*Conducting viewings and letting properties
*Carry out Valuations and list new properties
*Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
*Polite and confident telephone manner, describing properties in detail
*Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
*Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
*Facilitating a let through to move in ensure a smooth transition for both landlords and tenants.
*Full UK driving licence.

*Some previous Lettings and/or customer service experience preferred

*Excellent customer service skills
