Account Sales Executive (Calibration/Instrumentation)
£30,000 + Up to £12,000 Bonus/Commission (OTE £42,000) + Benefits
Location - Bracknell

*Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise customer retention and revenue
*Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach
*Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
*Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales growth strategies
The Person:
*2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Good negotiation and persuasion skills
*Ideally from a technical, construction, engineering, or building services background
