Job OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team working on various construction sites across Birmingham. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day site operations, support tradesmen, and help maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Key Responsibilities*Assisting tradesmen and site managers with daily tasks
*Loading and unloading materials and equipment
*Keeping the site clean, organised, and safe
*Moving materials around site safely
*General lifting and manual handling duties
*Following health & safety regulations at all times
*Using hand and power tools when required
*Assisting with site setup and clear-down
*Reporting hazards or issues to supervisors
Requirements*Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred
*Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential
*Good attitude and strong work ethic
*Ability to work well within a team
*Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
*Punctual and reliable
*PPE required (boots, hi-vis, hard hat)
