Management Accountant | Poole | Up to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits | Office-Based
We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation in Poole to recruit a Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team.

The Role
As Management Accountant, you’ll be a key member of the finance team, responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end processes, and providing insight to support business decision-making.
This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the finance function, working closely with stakeholders across the business.


Key Responsibilities
*Support the wider finance team to ensure delivery of team objectives and deadlines
*Maintain accurate and timely financial transactions within the accounting system
*Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities, including:
*Ledger close processes
*Posting journals, accruals, and prepayments
*Maintaining fixed asset registers
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting schedules and reporting
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
*Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
*Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial and regulatory reporting


About You
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Strong experience in management accounting and month-end processes
*Confident with financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting
*Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP)
*Able to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
