Junior Sous Chef – £39K–£41K + Live-In Available – Suffolk
Salary: £39,000–£41,000 plus tips
Hours: 45–50 hours per week
Accommodation: Live-in available at £65 per week
Location: Suffolk outskirts of Colchester
Convenient for: Colchester, Ipswich & Sudbury

What We’re Looking For
*An experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
*Ability to thrive in a large busy kitchen while maintaining consistently high standards
*Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills
*Strong leadership and communication abilities
*Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
*Full driving licence required unless using the live-in accommodation
Your Responsibilities
*Support the large senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of service
*Take ownership of your section during prep and service
*Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
*Help mentor and motivate junior team members
*Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control
