Excellent opportunity for a Purchasing Associate, working for a global infrastructure business, who will support your career with ongoing training into CIPS Level 5 & 6, whilst working on a long-term highly prestigious projects.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and choosing products, services and solutions to meet production requirements at advantageous prices and quality. You’ll be assuring the supply of required materials and services to maintain appropriate production plans.

THE ROLE:
*Procurement of materials - research of products/materials/manufacturing processes
*Sourcing materials at advantageous prices and quality
*Dealing with incoming orders/cost management
*Monitor supplier master
*Progression and Training (support through CIPS Level 5 & 6)

THE PERSON:
*Purchasing experience
*CIPS Level 4
*Manufacturing background preferred (open to Rail, Logistics, Engineering, Construction)
*Strong compliance background
