Job Description:
As Senior Partner Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless, high quality delivery of major partner programmes across global 50 Best events. Your impact will ensure partner visibility, contractual fulfilment and brand integrity. The role is accountable for delivering premium partner activations that strengthen partner satisfaction, enhance the reputation and commercial value of the 50 Best portfolio, and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across event operations.


Your impact will contribute directly to the success of our events – uniting the food and drink industry, creating meaningful connections, and ensuring our events continue to grow and thrive by strengthening the hospitality industry.


This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading end-to-end operational delivery for major or strategic partners, ensuring all contractual rights and KPIs are met to exceptional standards across installations, product integration and brand visibility
*Interpreting complex partner agreements and translating them into detailed operational project plans; acting as a senior bridge between the Commercial and Operations teams
*Implementing efficient processes, tools, and reporting to track progress and deliver consistent sponsor experiences
*Leading discussions with agencies and suppliers to secure resources and aligning internal teams, suppliers and strategic partners around delivery expectations
*Account managing and responsible for regular communications with partners, including contributing to post-event partner reports
*Overseeing partner-related budgets to support high quality delivery
*Delivering partner activity at global events, resolving operational challenges and making decisions under time pressure

What You’ll Need
*Proven experience in event operations, logistics and sponsorship delivery within live events or hospitality environments
*Familiarity with managing premium brand activations across global events and/or account management within the hospitality industry is highly beneficial
*Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to work to competing deadlines
*Strong ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and problem-solve in real time
*Fantastic communication and relationship building skills
*Confidence liaising with and influencing internal teams, external suppliers and senior partners
*A collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement
*Willingness to travel to international events and flexibility in working hours
