We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technological business who are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Field Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, delivering impactful campaigns, and working in a field-based role across the private healthcare sector.
About the Role
*Title: Sales Marketing Specialist
*Role: Permanent, full time
*Location: East Coast UK - home based, out 3 days a week with clients
*Salary: up to £40K per annum
*Benefits: Excellent holidays plus more!
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with independent customers through regular field visits.
*Plan and deliver end-to-end customer marketing campaigns and activities.
*Identify customer marketing needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
*Create detailed design briefs and coordinate marketing support materials.
*Maintain CRM records and provide reporting on campaign activity and performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or similar customer-focused role.
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
*Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and CRM management skills.
*Commercially aware, self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
