The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in the residential sales team, managing applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion.
You will also be expected to generate new business and identify valuation opportunities, contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
*Registering and qualifying applicants
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Generating new business opportunities and valuation leads
*Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
*Delivering excellent customer service at all times
*Supporting branch targets and team performance
Requirements
*Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
*Proven track record in residential property sales
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Target-driven with a proactive approach
*Professional, well-presented, and organised
*Full UK driving licence
