A new key role of Programme Manager has been created as part of their Value Creation Plan project.

Hybrid (2 days per week site meetings)
The role:
*Integration and transformation projects
*Change Management
*Reporting to the board
*Project Governance
*Managing portfolio of growth projects c20
*2 days at site 3 at home.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Programme Manager in the Oil & Gas sector and will be comfortable working on strategic level projects at board level.
