We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Clinical Engineering Manager to oversee the delivery of medical equipment management services across multiple healthcare sites nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader with a background in biomedical or clinical engineering.
The successful candidate will manage and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance and customer satisfaction are achieved. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, managing KPIs and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing clinical engineering services across multiple sites
*Leading and developing engineering teams
*Ensuring SLA/KPI performance targets are met
*Overseeing medical equipment maintenance and lifecycle management
*Supporting compliance, audits and quality processes
*Managing customer relationships and escalations
*Producing reports and supporting operational improvements
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong biomedical/clinical engineering experience
*Previous leadership or management experience
*Knowledge of medical device management and compliance
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*A proactive and organised approach to work
This is a hybrid role involving regular UK travel and would suit someone looking to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation.
