In this job, you will join a welcoming and supportive team, and take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout Tunbridge Wells and surrounding towns and villages.
The purpose of the role is to own the tenant experience, assist manage the occupancy and to ensure property quality is maintained to high standards and within all industry rules and regulations.
Day-to-day, you will:
Be the key point of contact for existing tenants and landlords within a property portfolio, including telephone and email communication
Generate advisements, manage listings and new leases
Liaise with the lettings team for new tenancies, conducting property inspections, check ins and preparing tenancy documents
Handle renewals
Organise maintenance including agreeing quotes and booking contractors
Collect deposits and ensure rent and arrears are managed efficiently
Keep accurate and compliant records of all legal requirements
Mon-Fri (no weekend working)
FTC – 1 year maternity cover
£35,000 – 50,000 benefits including team bonus (yearly), mileage allowance, company pension and great holiday allowance
